About AI Sketch to Render

AI Sketch to Render converts architectural sketches, line drawings and massing studies into photorealistic renderings. Upload a hand sketch, a CAD elevation or a simple 3D screenshot, and the tool applies realistic materials, daylight, shadows, sky and context while preserving the exact geometry, proportions and perspective of your drawing.

It is built for design-stage communication. Architects use it to show clients what a concept sketch could look like as a finished building, without spending hours in modeling and rendering software. Because nothing is added, moved or removed, the render stays faithful to the design decisions already on paper.

You can steer the look with a render style (Modern, Scandinavian, Industrial, Mediterranean, Brutalist, Classical or Futuristic) or leave it on auto and let the tool pick materials that suit the drawing. The result page shows a before/after comparison slider so you can check fidelity at a glance.

How to use AI Sketch to Render

  1. Upload your sketch, line drawing or massing study: drop it on the page, click to browse, or paste from the clipboard.
  2. Pick a render style, or keep the automatic option to let the tool choose suitable materials.
  3. Click Render and wait while the photorealistic image is generated.
  4. Drag the before/after slider to compare the render against your original drawing.
  5. Download the result, or change the style and run another render.

Frequently asked questions

Hand sketches, ink or pencil line drawings, CAD elevations, SketchUp-style massing screenshots and simple 3D views all work. The clearer the geometry and perspective in your drawing, the more faithful the render will be.

No. The tool is instructed to preserve the geometry, proportions, perspective and every visible design decision. It only adds materials, lighting, sky and context: it does not add, move or remove building elements.

No, each render uses credits from your account. If a generation fails, you are not charged, and you can top up your wallet at any time from the tools page.

Yes: that is exactly what it is for. Keep in mind the output is a concept visualization, not a construction document: materials and details are illustrative and should be specified properly later in the process.

Your image is processed on the server to produce the render and is cleaned up automatically after a retention period. Recent results stay available in your history on the tool page until then.
