About Merge PDFs

Merge PDFs combines several PDF files into one document, in exactly the order you choose. Drop between two and fifteen files onto the page, and each one appears as a card showing its name and page count. Drag the cards to set the sequence — the merged PDF follows it left to right.

Merging happens on the server with a deterministic PDF engine, so bookmarks of chaos are avoided: pages are copied as they are, with no re-compression of your content and no AI involvement. A running summary shows the total number of files and pages before you commit.

Typical uses include combining scanned chapters into one file, assembling a report from separate exports, or joining invoices into a single document for accounting. The merged file downloads automatically as soon as it is ready.

How to use Merge PDFs

  1. Drag and drop at least two PDF files onto the upload area (up to 15).
  2. Drag the file cards into the order you want — the merged PDF follows it.
  3. Add more files or remove any you don’t need.
  4. Click “Merge PDFs” and the combined file downloads automatically.
