About AI Audio Summary

AI Audio Summary turns a recorded meeting, interview, lecture, or podcast into a written summary you can actually use. Upload the recording and choose what the minute-taker should write: a concise summary of the key points, a tickable checklist of action items and decisions with their owners, or organized meeting notes with a heading for every topic.

Behind the scenes the recording is transcribed word for word, then rewritten into your chosen format in the same language that was spoken. The result lands on an on-page pad showing word count and estimated reading time, and roughly how many minutes of listening it saves you. You can write up the other formats from the same recording without uploading again.

This tool requires signing in, runs on the server, and uses credits from your account. Uploaded recordings are cleaned up automatically after processing, so download the write-up you need as a text file.

How to use AI Audio Summary

  1. Sign in, then upload your meeting, interview, lecture, or podcast recording (MP3, WAV, or M4A).
  2. Preview the recording to confirm it is the right file.
  3. Pick the write-up you want: Summary, Action items, or Meeting notes.
  4. Click Write it up and wait: long recordings can take a minute or two.
  5. Read the result on the pad, tick off action items, and download it as a .txt file.
  6. Optionally generate the other formats from the same recording.

Frequently asked questions

Summary condenses the key points into a few tight paragraphs. Action items extracts a tickable checklist of tasks and decisions, with owners where mentioned. Meeting notes produces organized notes with a heading for each topic discussed.

Any recording up to the file size limit shown on the upload area works. Longer recordings simply take longer to process: expect a minute or two for lengthy meetings while every word is transcribed before the write-up.

No: it transcribes and then rewrites your recording on the server, so each run uses credits from your account. You also need to be signed in to run it, and failed runs are not charged.
