About Combine PDF Pages (N-up)
Combine PDF Pages (N-up) places several pages of a document onto one printed sheet — two per sheet stacked top and bottom, or four per sheet in a 2 × 2 grid. It is the classic way to print multiple PDF pages per page and cut paper use in half or by three quarters.
The live preview shows exactly how pages share each A4 sheet, along with a summary such as “12 pages → 3 sheets”. A page zoom slider controls how tightly each page fills its slot: 100% fills the space, lower values add breathing room around the content.
Pages are scaled down in reading order onto A4 sheets on the server, producing a new PDF you can send to any printer. Handouts, slide decks, draft reviews and reference sheets are the usual candidates.
How to use Combine PDF Pages (N-up)
- Drag and drop the PDF you want to combine.
- Choose the layout: 2 pages per sheet or 4 per sheet in a 2 × 2 grid.
- Adjust the page zoom if you want white space around each page.
