About AI Floor Plan Render
AI Floor Plan Render turns a plain 2D floor plan into presentation material. Two outputs are available: a colorized 2D plan in the style of professional marketing floor plans, or a 3D dollhouse-style cutaway view rendered from above at a slight isometric angle.
In colorize mode, rooms are filled with realistic floor materials (wood, tile, carpet) matching their function, walls are rendered as clean dark poché, top-view furniture is added per room, and the text, dimensions and labels of your original plan are kept legible. In 3D mode, the walls are extruded and each room is furnished and lit with soft daylight.
The layout is reproduced with strict fidelity: every wall, opening, room boundary, fixture and proportion stays where it is drawn. Agents use it to upgrade listing floor plans; architects use it to make schematic plans readable for clients who struggle with technical drawings.
How to use AI Floor Plan Render
- Upload your 2D floor plan as an image: a scan, a CAD export or a clear photo.
- Choose the output: colorized 2D plan or 3D dollhouse view.
- Click Render and wait for the visualization to be generated.
- Compare the result with the original plan using the before/after slider.
- Download the rendered plan, or switch modes and generate the other version.
