About Sign PDF / eSignature

Sign PDF adds your electronic signature to any document. Create the signature in one of three ways: draw it with your mouse or finger, type your name and pick one of four script styles, or upload a PNG of your real signature (a transparent background works best). Ink color is adjustable — black, blue, red or a custom shade.

Placement is precise: click anywhere on any page to drop the signature, drag it to move, and pull the corner to resize. You can sign several spots, stamp today’s date beneath the signature, or place it on every page at once — useful for initialing each page of a contract.

When you sign, the signature image is stamped into the PDF on the server at the exact positions you chose, producing a flattened, ready-to-send file. The process is deterministic: no AI, no cloud service.

How to use Sign PDF / eSignature

  1. Drag and drop the PDF you need to sign.

The tool produces a visual electronic signature stamped into the document, which many everyday agreements accept. It is not a cryptographic digital certificate; for regulated workflows, check what your jurisdiction or counterparty requires.
