About Weekly Planner

The Weekly Planner prints a week on one sheet, built the way you actually plan it. Choose an hourly grid with a time gutter down the left, or open blocks when you would rather write your own headings, and the live preview redraws as soon as you change any option.

An hourly week takes a start hour and an end hour anywhere in the 00:00 to 24:00 range — seven in the morning to eight in the evening by default — and prints one row per hour. Open blocks instead give each day between three and twenty empty rows for you to label yourself.

Days can run Monday to Friday or across the full week starting on Monday or Sunday, dated from any day you pick or left undated so that one sheet serves every week. It is all drawn in real millimetres in your browser: print straight from the page, or download a vector PDF.

How to use Weekly Planner

  1. Choose the layout: an hourly grid, or open blocks you label yourself.
  2. Set the hour the day starts and ends, or the number of blocks each day gets.
  3. Pick Monday to Friday or the full week, and — for the full week — whether it starts on Monday or Sunday.
  4. Switch on a dated week and pick any day of that week, or leave the planner undated.
  5. Set the paper size, orientation, margin and style, then print the sheet or download the PDF.
