About Document Converter

The Document Converter handles the everyday format jumps in one place: PDF to Word (DOCX) and back, PDF to EPUB and back, legacy DOC to PDF, and HEIC photos to PDF. Drop in a file, pick the target format, and download the result — formatting is preserved as faithfully as possible.

Most conversions run on the platform’s own servers: office documents go through a headless office engine, e-books through a dedicated e-book converter, and images through a local pipeline. A conversion that no local engine covers, such as PDF to Word, falls back to an external conversion API. Files are cleaned up automatically after processing.

Note that plain JPG/PNG image conversion is deliberately not here — the dedicated Images to PDF and PDF to Images tools handle those better, with reordering and ZIP output respectively.
