The Math Worksheet Generator builds arithmetic practice sheets to your own specification. Pick the operations you want to drill, set the range each number may be drawn from, choose how many problems to print, and a worksheet appears immediately with a matching answer key on its own page.

Whole-number work covers addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, with two switches that decide how demanding the sheet is: allow negative answers to let subtraction cross zero, and allow remainders to turn division into quotient-and-remainder practice. Fraction mode covers all four operations too, with like denominators, unlike denominators or a mix, and every answer is reduced to lowest terms.

Problems can be stacked in the traditional column form or written in a row, in one to five columns per page, with or without an answer line. The sheet is drawn in real millimetres, so the live preview, the printed page and the downloaded PDF are the same document at the same size. The seed next to the options reproduces an identical worksheet later, which is how you print a second copy of a sheet you already handed out, or a fresh one that follows the very same rules.
