About Multiplication Chart & Times Tables
The Multiplication Chart prints the times tables the way a classroom actually uses them. Choose a grid running to 10, 12 or 20, decide whether the squares are filled in as a reference or left blank as a practice test, and print it in portrait or landscape on A4 or Letter.
A colour-banded chart shades the products so the patterns in the tables stand out, while the ink-friendly setting drops to plain rules and black text for a chart you can run off by the class set. You can also highlight one table so a single row and column are picked out of the grid, or switch to the one-table-per-page mode and print, say, the 7 times table as a clean numbered list.
Above the print options there is an interactive chart you can use on screen. Point at a square, tap it on a phone, or move around with the arrow keys, and its row and column light up while the product is read out underneath. Every square carries its own label for screen readers, so the chart works with the keyboard alone.
