- Account data: your name, email address and authentication details.
- Billing data: credit purchases and wallet transactions. Card details are handled directly by our payment providers — we never store your full card number.
- Content you submit: the images, documents, audio and video you upload, and the prompts you write, in order to produce your results.
- Usage data: tool runs, credit usage, device and log information used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the AI studios, process your credits and payments, deliver your generated results, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the Service.
3. AI Processing
To generate results, the content you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers that power our tools. These providers process your input solely to return a result. We select providers that commit not to use submitted content to train their models, where such options are available.
4. File Retention
Uploaded files and generated outputs are stored so you can access your recent results in your history. You can delete your results at any time. Files associated with a deleted account are removed in line with our retention schedule.
5. Payment Providers
Credit top-ups are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Paddle and Mobile Money. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. You can control non-essential cookies through the consent banner.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run Tweakee (hosting, payments, AI processing) and where required by law.
