You choose the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and floors, give a target area and a layout style, and optionally list must-haves such as a home office or a utility room: the tool produces a labelled top-down plan with walls, door swings, window openings and top-view furniture.
It is aimed at the very first step of a project, when nothing has been drawn yet: a homeowner explaining a brief to an architect, an agent illustrating a plot's potential, or a designer generating layout options to react to. Because the plan is generated from text rather than traced from an upload, you can regenerate variations in seconds by changing one requirement.
This is the opposite of AI Floor Plan Render, which takes a plan you already have and colorizes it or turns it into a 3D dollhouse view. Use the generator to invent a layout, and the renderer to dress up an existing one.
