AI Facade Material Swap re-clads the building in your photo with a different facade material. Seven options are available: wood cladding, red brick, white render, natural stone, dark metal, exposed concrete and black timber. The result looks like a true photograph of the same building after a professional re-cladding job.
The building geometry is left completely unchanged: massing, roof, story count and the position, size and frames of every window and door stay as photographed. The new material is applied with realistic texture, coursing or board direction, correct scale, and plausible detailing at corners, openings and the roof edge.
