About Organize PDF Pages

Organize PDF Pages rearranges a document visually. Drop in a PDF and every page appears as a draggable thumbnail: pull pages into a new order, duplicate a page you need twice, or remove pages you no longer want — all before anything is processed.

A Reset button restores the original order if an experiment goes wrong, and the tool guarantees at least one page remains. Once the arrangement looks right, the server rebuilds the PDF to match your layout, page for page.

It is the natural fix for scans that came out in the wrong order, reports whose appendix belongs at the front, or merged files that need a final shuffle — a full reorder-PDF-pages workflow without desktop software.

How to use Organize PDF Pages

  1. Drag and drop the PDF you want to reorganize.
  2. Drag the page thumbnails into the new order.
  3. Hover a page to duplicate or remove it; use Reset to restore the original order.
  4. Click apply — the reorganized PDF downloads automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Reordering, duplicating and removing pages is free.

Yes. Hover the page thumbnail and use the duplicate control — the copy appears next to the original and can then be dragged anywhere in the document.

Yes. Each thumbnail has a remove control, so you can drop unwanted pages in the same pass as reordering; the document just has to keep at least one page.

No. The server rebuilds the PDF by copying pages in your new order; the content of each page is not re-rendered or recompressed.

For PDFs the browser cannot render, the tool falls back to reordering by page numbers, so you can still rearrange the document.
