AI Clip Maker
Turn a long video into short highlight clips: the AI finds the best moments, cuts them, and can crop to 9:16 with the captions burned in.
How it works
About AI Clip Maker
The AI Clip Maker turns a long recording (a podcast, webinar, interview or stream) into a set of short highlight clips. The speech is transcribed first, then the AI reads the timed transcript and picks the most engaging self-contained moments, each with its own hook title.
Every selected moment is cut with FFmpeg at the timestamps the AI chose. You can keep the original framing or export a centre-cropped vertical 9:16 version sized for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, and optionally burn each clip's own subtitles into the picture.
The clips arrive as one ZIP archive together with a text list of the timecodes and hook titles, so you can decide which ones to publish and where each moment came from in the source video.
How to use AI Clip Maker
- Upload a long video, or paste a public video link.
- Choose how many highlight clips you want.
- Keep the original framing or switch to vertical 9:16.
- Turn on burned-in captions if the clips are for social feeds.
- Download the ZIP with every clip and its timecode list.
