Receipt Scanner
Scan receipts with AI: extract merchant, date, items, tax and total from receipt photos into an expense table, then export CSV or Excel.
Add the receipts, till slips and invoices of a trip or a month: each one is read by the AI and lands as a row of an expense table, with its line items, tax and payment method. Check and fix anything, then export it for your accounting or expense report.

About Receipt Scanner
The Receipt Scanner turns a pile of receipts into an expense table in minutes. Add the till slips, restaurant bills, fuel receipts, hotel invoices and e-receipt screenshots of a trip or a month, and each one becomes a row with its date, merchant, category, payment method, currency, subtotal, tax, tip and total.
A vision model reads every receipt separately, in any language and currency: it finds the merchant name and address, the receipt number, the date and time, each purchased line with its quantity and price, and the sum of the VAT or sales tax lines. Images that are not receipts are flagged and not charged.
Everything stays editable. Fix a cell directly in the table, or open a receipt to see its photo next to every field and its line items, with a warning when the items do not add up to the printed amounts. Totals are grouped by currency, and the table exports to an Excel workbook (expenses and line items on two sheets), a CSV file or a copy for Google Sheets.
How to use Receipt Scanner
- Add up to 20 receipt photos at once: drop them, pick them, paste a screenshot or take photos with your phone.
- Click "Scan": receipts are read one by one and each one is added to the expense table as soon as it is ready.
- Check the rows, change a category or a payment method, and fix any amount directly in the table.
- Click a row to compare the receipt photo with its fields and line items.
- Export an Excel file with the expenses and the line items, a CSV file, or copy the table for Google Sheets.
