About Page Designer

Page Designer is a freeform desktop-publishing canvas in your browser. Start from a template — posters, flyers, trifold brochures, magazine covers, portfolios, books and zines — or from a blank page, then place headings, text frames, images, rectangles, ellipses and lines anywhere on the page. Undo/redo, zoom, margin guides and millimetre-precise position controls keep the layout tidy.

Documents can span multiple pages with a pages rail for adding, duplicating, reordering and deleting pages, and page sizes range from A5 to A3, Letter and square, in portrait or landscape. Designs can be saved and reopened later, so long projects survive across sessions.

When you export, the document is rendered on the platform’s own servers into a print-ready PDF, an editable PowerPoint (PPTX), or PNG/JPG images — multi-page image exports arrive as a ZIP. It is a practical online alternative for people searching for a free poster maker or brochure design tool without installing publishing software.

How to use Page Designer

  1. Pick a template — poster, flyer, brochure, magazine, portfolio or book — or start from a blank page.
  2. Set the page size and orientation for the whole document.
  3. Insert headings, text, images and shapes, then drag, resize and style them on the canvas.
  4. Manage pages in the rail: add, duplicate, reorder or delete pages as the document grows.
  5. Save the design so you can re-edit it later.
  6. Export the finished document as PDF, PPTX, or PNG/JPG images.
