Welcome to Tweakee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tweakee website and its AI studios (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Tweakee provides AI-powered creative tools organised into studios for images, content, audio and video. The Service is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis: you purchase credits and spend them each time you run a tool.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
3. Credits & Payments
Credits are purchased through our payment providers and added to your wallet balance. Each tool displays its credit cost before you run it. Credits are deducted only when a job completes successfully; if a job fails, you are not charged. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that depicts real people without consent. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI providers.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the files you upload and the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit, and for how you use the results.
6. AI-Generated Output
AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. The Service is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, tools and credit costs may change over time.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits may be forfeited where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tweakee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
