The AI Email Writer covers both halves of your inbox: write a brand-new email from a one-line brief, or paste an email you received and generate the reply. Either way you get a complete message with a fitting subject line, a greeting and a sign-off, ready to paste into your mail client.
Six tones (professional, friendly, formal, casual, assertive and apologetic) let you match the relationship, while three lengths keep the message as brief or as thorough as the situation needs. You can send the reply back in the same language as the conversation or pick from twelve output languages, which makes it useful for cross-border work.
In reply mode the tool reads the message you received and makes sure every question and request in it is addressed, so nothing gets dropped when you are answering quickly.
How to use AI Email Writer
- Choose a mode: write a new email, or reply to one you received.
- In reply mode, paste the email you are answering.
- Say what the message should communicate: a line or two is enough.
- Pick the tone, the length and the output language.
- Copy the full email or just the body, or download it as a .txt file.
