Compare Two Spreadsheets
Find added, removed and changed rows between two spreadsheets — by whole row or a key column.
Everything runs in your browser — your file never leaves your device.
Tip: pick a key column (like an ID or email) to detect rows whose other values changed between versions.
About Compare Two Spreadsheets
Compare Two Spreadsheets diffs an old and a new version of a file and reports exactly what changed: rows that were added, removed or modified, plus the count that stayed identical. Drop the original into one slot and the new version into the other — both XLSX, XLS, CSV, TSV and ODS are accepted.
Matching works two ways. Whole-row comparison treats a row as changed only if it disappears from one file and appears differently in the other. Matching by a key column — an ID or an email — is smarter: rows with the same key are paired, so the tool shows precisely which of their cells changed between versions.
Results are organized into Added, Removed and Changed tabs with summary counts, and the full diff can be downloaded as a report. The comparison runs entirely in your browser, so neither version of your data is uploaded anywhere.
