About Countdown Timer

The countdown timer counts down to any date and time — a birthday, a product launch, New Year, a project deadline — showing the remaining days, hours, minutes and seconds live. Give the event a title and the page becomes a dedicated countdown display.

Quick presets jump to New Year or one hour, day or week from now, or pick any target with the date-and-time field. A share button copies a link that encodes your event, so anyone opening it sees the same countdown ticking in their own browser.

Everything runs client-side and free: the countdown updates every second from your device’s clock, and when the moment arrives the display announces that your event is here.

How to use Countdown Timer

  1. Enter an optional event title, like “Product launch” or “Birthday”.
  2. Pick the target date and time, or use a preset such as New Year, +1 hour, +1 day or +1 week.
  3. Watch the live countdown in days, hours, minutes and seconds.
  4. Click “Copy share link” to send the same countdown to anyone.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The Copy share link button builds a URL containing your event title and target time; anyone who opens it sees the identical countdown running live in their browser.

The display switches to an “It's here!” message announcing that your countdown has finished — handy for New Year parties or launch events shown on a big screen.
