About Running Pace Calculator

The running pace calculator solves for any one of pace, time or distance when you know the other two. Pick what to solve for, fill in the remaining fields, and it returns your pace per kilometer and per mile plus your speed in km/h and mph.

The math assumes an even pace across the whole distance: pace is total time divided by distance, and the tool converts freely between kilometers and miles so you can enter a 10K but read min/mile splits. Real splits will vary with terrain and effort.

Runners use it to set target splits before a race, work out what finish time a given pace produces, or check how far they can go in a fixed training window.
