About Markdown Preview & HTML Converter
The Markdown Preview & HTML Converter is a split-pane editor: write Markdown on one side and watch the rendered preview update live on the other. A full toolbar inserts the common constructs for you — headings, bold, italic, strikethrough, blockquotes, inline code, code blocks, links, images, bulleted, numbered and task lists, and tables.
It doubles as a converter. At any point you can copy the generated HTML — clean markup ready for a CMS, email tool or template — copy the Markdown source itself, or download the result as an HTML file. Live word and character counts sit under the editor, and a sample document is one click away.
Parsing and rendering happen entirely in your browser, so drafts, README files and internal docs never leave your machine. It is a convenient scratchpad for checking how a README will render before you commit it.
