The Letterhead Maker lets you design a professional A4 company letterhead directly in your browser. Pick a template, then add your logo, company name, tagline, address, phone, email, website, social handles and registration number. A live canvas shows exactly how the printed sheet will look while you type.
The Design tab gives you control over the visual identity: choose an accent color, a font family and the header alignment, resize your logo, and toggle the accent bar and footer on or off. Because everything renders on a live preview, you never have to guess how a change will land on paper.
The tool is completely client-side: the letterhead is drawn and exported by your browser, so your logo and business details are never uploaded to a server. When you are happy with the design, download it as a print-ready PNG, JPG or PDF and drop it into your word processor or send it to a print shop.
How to use Letterhead Maker
- Choose a letterhead template that fits your brand.
- Open the Content tab and enter your company name, tagline, address, phone, email, website and registration details.
- Drop your logo onto the upload area and adjust its size.
- Switch to the Design tab to set the accent color, font family, header alignment, accent bar and footer.
- Check the live A4 preview, then download the finished letterhead as PNG, JPG or PDF.
