The Instagram DM Generator recreates the direct-message screen of Instagram so you can build a believable fake DM screenshot in your browser. Set the contact’s name, avatar and activity line (Active now, Active 24m ago or Typing…), add an optional verified badge, and fill the thread with sent and received bubbles.
Each message can carry an emoji reaction, just like real Instagram DMs, and the last sent message can show the "Seen" indicator. Extras include the phone status bar, a timestamp pill such as "Today 9:41 AM" and the message input bar, all of which can be switched on or off independently.
Quick-start conversations — a shopping drop, pizza night, a spontaneous trip and concert tickets — give you a realistic thread to edit. When the preview looks right, the tool exports a clean PNG for memes, social content, tutorials or design presentations.
How to use Instagram DM Generator
