The Printable Calendar builds a calendar for any year between 1900 and 2200 and prints it the way you want to use it: a single month, all twelve months as twelve pages, or the whole year condensed onto one sheet. The preview redraws as soon as you change anything.

Weeks can start on Monday or on Sunday, and the month names and weekday headings come from the language of the page, so a French or a German calendar reads correctly without any extra setting. A notes column can be added beside a monthly grid for the month’s reminders.

The yearly sheet arranges the twelve mini months four across in landscape and three across in portrait. Everything is drawn in real millimetres for A4 or Letter in a minimal, classic or bold style, with the margin you set, and saved as a crisp vector PDF.

3. Decide whether the week starts on Monday or on Sunday.
