Despre 2D Room Planner
The 2D Room Planner is a free, browser-based layout tool. Set your room's real-world dimensions — rectangular or L-shaped, in meters or feet — then click furniture out of a categorized library and drag it into place. Every piece is drawn to scale as a clean top-view symbol, so what you see on screen is a true representation of how much floor space the arrangement actually takes.
The library covers living room, bedroom, dining and office, kitchen, bathroom and openings: sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, desks, appliances, sanitary ware, doors and windows. Each item can be moved, rotated in 15° steps, resized to your own product's dimensions, duplicated and deleted, with optional grid snapping at 10, 25 or 50 cm and a live floor-area and scale readout.
Nothing is uploaded. Your layout is autosaved in this browser as you work, and you can save it to a JSON file to keep a permanent copy or move it to another device, then load it back later. When the plan is final, export it as a PNG to share with a partner, a landlord or a fitter.

- Enter your room width and length, and switch to the L-shape if the room has a notch.
- Click furniture in the library to drop it into the room.
- Drag items to position them; use the round handle to rotate and the corner handle to resize.
- Fine-tune exact sizes in the properties bar, and turn grid snapping on or off as needed.
- Export a PNG to share, and use Save to keep the design as a file you can load again later.
